Amir is actively involved in the global financial and hi-tech industries for over 25 years, in managerial, operational and investment positions, gaining extensive experience in various financial and operational investments, in building and leading global operations, and in investing in various companies while working with their management teams.  
 

Since 1999, Amir has been investing in the public US market place, primarily in options and derivatives. In this capacity, Amir has gained expertise in such various domains as investment analysis, investment structuring, risk management and hedging.
 

In addition, Amir has been partnering with young and emerging companies, working with their respective management teams on various strategic and operational aspects, all aimed at advancing the companies’ business. 
 

In the past Amir held various business positions; Amir served as vice president at Oshap Technologies, then publicly traded on NASDAQ investing in emerging software companies. Amir assisted portfolio companies and pursued investment opportunities in telecom, business enterprises and healthcare.  
 

Prior to Oshap,  Amir served as the Executive Vice President at Argotech Ltd., the international investment arm of Formula Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: FORTY), one of Israel’s largest software groups.  In this capacity, Amir led several equity investments and acquisitions.  Amir was a board member of Argotech’s portfolio companies, and was actively involved in the companies’ strategies, operations, financing, recruitment of key personnel, and overall company supervision. 
 

Amir had served as the Vice President of Sales at LANNET Data Communications Ltd., a world provider of intelligent switching hubs for local and wide area network systems.  Amir was also involved in LANNET’s IPO on NASDAQ in 1991, and its merger with Madge Networks NV (NASDAQ: MADGF) in 1995. 
 
Prior to LANNET, Amir held various managerial roles in sales, marketing and research and development of various companies. 
 

Amir holds a B.Sc. degree in mathematics and computer  sciences and an MBA degree, both from the Tel Aviv University.

 


Yaron Rosenboim held various positions in the business and financial sectors for 25 years; Yaron has a diversified background of business, finance and law, and has experienced a variety of organizational settings: Israeli and global, public and private sectors, small and large organizations, private equity and industrial corporations, both in finance and other industries. 
 

Yaron has been a general partner and CFO of Concord Ventures, a leading Israeli venture capital fund. He was involved in investments and sale of portfolio companies, and was responsible for the operations, finance, investor reporting and portfolio monitoring for the fund. 
 

Yaron served as manager of the Economic Department of Delta Galil Industries Ltd., one of the largest Israeli based industrial companies [NASDAQ: DELT].  
 

Prior to Delta, Yaron was a commercial and corporate lawyer with Yigal Arnon and Co., one of the largest law firms in Israel. In the past, Yaron served in the Ministry of Finance of Israel, as Chief Assistant to Manager of  Foreign Currency Department. 
 

Yaron holds a LLB and MBA degrees, both from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and is a certified lawyer and a member of the Israeli Bar.
